Refund or exchanges are acceptable for all buttons that meet the following criteria:
- Item must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in the originally received condition (correct number of buttons if sold as a set, intact packaging, no signs of use, ect.).
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Please use our "contact us" page or email us at info@buttonedupgoods.com to notify us of the intent to return or exchange. Include order number, item(s) name, and reason for return or exchange.
2. Next we will contact you with a return address for you to mail items back. Item(s) can be in original or new packaging, and shipped back to buttoned up goods using customers choice of any shipping company. (Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded)
3. Once the return is received, a refund to the original payment method will take 5 to 10 days to be processed.
